Located in Melbourne's inner-city suburb of Cremorne, Gwynne Street Offices combines contemporary and elegant design elements to create modern office accommodation. 

Designed by Melbourne-based architectural firm Idle Architecture Studio, Gwynne Street Offices is a seven-level building consisting of a range of spaces. A foyer, several multi-purpose wellness spaces and parking facilities are located on the ground floor whilst the six upper levels house multiple commercial offices. The building layout also includes generous private outdoor terraces that maximise prime views of the city and eastern suburbs.

The design of Gwynne Street Offices' foyer consists of feature walls clad in gold folded and perforated aluminium, black aluminium clad ceilings and walls, gold feature lighting and a marbled tile floor. The material selection and overall dark colour palette create a sophisticated high-end aesthetic. 

Gwynne Street Offices' foyer reflects a modern and luxurious design. With the use of considered material and colour palettes, Idle Architecture Studio have created an understatedly elegant and grand entry space.
